Unity Water Contracts II-AU to Improve Business Performance

After being contacted and meeting with Unity Water, we provided our scope of proposal and began the tendering process.  We are skilled in tendering and have a high success rate, so we knew our skills would be useful here because we were up against some very large and well known national organisations.  We won the tender.

We immediately began the project using typical Lean Tools to determine what, exactly, the issues were and determined the best ways to eliminate the issues.

The project is ongoing, but we are already seeing some great success in reducing turn around times, job times and making the process flow far more efficient.  There is still more to do but the Teams are really embracing the opportunity to change, having see the magnitude of the potential before them.

We'll keep you posted how this one goes, but suffice to say we expect it will be another success story...
