This spreadsheet gathers all the data you need to accurately work out your OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Score. Quality x Availability x Performance = OEE.

It is in editable MS Excel format and gathers data to make the calculations and produces a graphical report of the results.

It correctly takes into account scheduled downtime to make sure that the Availability and Performance scores are not accidentally skewed.
