II-AU History

Incremental Improvements Australia Pty Ltd (II-AU) was conceived in April 2009 and became incorporated in December 2009.  Initially focussing on Lean Manufacturing and Lean Business Training & Consulting, it became quickly apparent that there was a need within our rapidly growing client base for experience based lean business and lean manufacturing support that linked seamlessly to the internationally recognised Management System Standards.

Over the following years II-AU became well known in the Sunshine Coast region of South East Queensland as the 'go to' company if you needed to make your own business perform better.  We have steadily and consistently grown to now cover Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Wide Bay and Burnett regions.

Our Degree Qualified staff are all fully trained professional Engineers who therefore use a structured, data focussed and methodical approach to making improvements which in turn sets us apart from traditional Consultants and Business Coaches.

Our abilities were recognised in many ways, as we became Third Party Providers to QMI Solutions, Industry Capability Network, Sunshine Coast TAFE (now TAFE Queensland East Coast) and provided services to or via a number of Local and Federal Government Departments.  We are also a member of the Clean Tech Task Force for Sunshine Coast Regional Council.

We continue to strive for excellence, and as part of this we assist many Clients to become certified to the ISO Management Systems standards for Quality, Safety and OHS.  Indeed, we have a 100% success rate assisting Clients to become successfully certified at their first audit, and this is an achievement that we are justifiably proud of.

Fast forwards to the present time, and II-AU is still a well respected and growing organisation.  Recent acquisitions and significant investment in the business will see us continue to grow over the coming years, as we strive to provide our Clients with the advice, services and support they need.
